I love big dreamers. I love women business owners. I love mamas. And those who choose to not be mamas. Basically, I love people who dare to challenge 'normal' in order to see problems and solutions differently. I love anything that challenges the status quo; the "that's the way we've always done it". If this is you or if this speaks to you - you are my people. Everything I've ever done in my life has been non-traditional. From how/when I went to college, how/when I got married, how/when I became a mama, and how I've developed a career - all aspects of my life are outside of what other people consider normal. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am a master manifester - what I dream, happens. Not every time, but a lot. I am also inspired by women who are bold enough to ask big freaking questions. Who challenge themselves and each other. Who seek to become and who strive to grow - constantly. These are my people.

My vision for Integrate Wellness is that you experience a comfort, a home, and a tribe of like-minded people who are seeking to live a full life. Like you just had a cup of coffee with a girlfriend and your soul is filled up afterward. A place to test new ideas and to vent about life stress when needed. A place to "go" when you don't know where else to turn. A place to go when you know exactly where to turn.
For the women who had their babies super early in life and began a career in their 30s or later. For the women who did college and a career first and their babies in their 30s and 40s. For the women who actively decide to not ever be a mama. For the women who never quite found their true passion but continue to search. For all women on all sides of this continuum who all think their timing is off....because their timeline for life is different from someone else's...Integrate Wellness is here. For you. For me.
