The pathway to mental health is an inside-out, holistic, multi-path process. When we're able to care for ourselves all day long, this is integrated wellness.
Everything we do, think, and consume affects our mental wellbeing. This includes what we listen to, watch, read, what we put in our bodies, what we put on our bodies, getting outside in nature, connecting with friends, hydration, rest, and so much more.
